We will test the temperature of a class B motor. Its high temperature is limited to 80 ℃. First, we use a thermal imager to test the high temperature on the outer surface of the motor, and then use a contact K-type thermocouple temperature probe to connect to the internal area corresponding to the high temperature on the outer surface just now (pay attention to insulation). After that, the motor temperature is tested with the thermal imager and the contact thermocouple at the same time. After the temperature is stable, the temperature difference between the thermal imager and the thermocouple is calculated. This temperature difference is the correction value. Through the test, we know that the temperature difference between the surface and the interior of class B motor is generally about 25 ℃ -30 ℃. Therefore, as long as the outer surface temperature of class B motor is stable below 50 ℃ -60 ℃, the normal operation of the motor can be guaranteed!
According to the introduction of Dalian motor shell, the traditional hand-held tools use external driving devices when performing fine one hand tasks, because the hand-held tools with built-in driving units are too heavy to hold with one hand and perform tasks with high precision. Therefore, the motor is placed in the box, and the driving power is transmitted to the rotating tool through the flexible shaft.
Its disadvantage is that the flexible shaft has its own weight and low flexibility, which greatly limits the range of motion and power efficiency. The same is true for pneumatic devices. Using compressed air to operate tools will produce more noise and reduce the accuracy of control. This is not desirable for medical applications.
